Cheapskate LA - November 2024

Dear Cheapskater,

We hope you enjoyed our inaugural edition last month! We're thrilled to be building our community here in LA and can’t wait to keep sharing free events with you. A big thank you to everyone who participated in our poll! For those who are curious, art exhibitions came in top position, followed by street markets/pop-ups! In honor of that, here’s a list of some of our favorite galleries in LA which offer free entry:

• Getty Museum, a stunning blend of art, architecture and garden

• The Broad, home to over 2,000 works of art

• Fredrick R. Weisman Art Foundation, a hidden gem in an intimate setting, tours by appointment only

• Hammer Museum, an art museum and cultural center

• MOCA, an artist-founded contemporary art museum
